Your data may be processed by sub-processors or service providers on our behalf, including:
Some processors may involve data transfers outside the European Union, including to the United States. Where such transfers occur, they are governed by appropriate safeguards recognized by applicable law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Geolocation is only used with your authorization. It enables contextualized suggestions, local weather, and zone-specific information. You may withdraw consent anytime via your device settings.
Messages sent to the AI Guide may be transmitted to Anthropic solely for response generation. We recommend not sharing sensitive or confidential data in AI Guide conversations.
Generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, personalized recommendations, or accuracy guarantees.
On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. In the native iOS and Android apps, subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases, with subscription status managed by RevenueCat. Sensitive banking data is handled directly by these processors under their own policies and security standards. TenerifePulse does not retain full credit card numbers.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data, including access controls, authorization limitations, secure technical environments, and database-level security rules (Supabase row-level security).
