TenerifePulse is a digital information and tourism assistance service for Tenerife. It offers guide pages, beaches, events, itineraries, weather information, personalized recommendations, favorites, agenda, editorial content, and conversational assistance via an AI Guide.
Any use of the service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
The service is accessible free for basic features. Certain features require account creation, authentication, active subscription, internet connection, or enabling device permissions.
When account creation is required, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions taken via your account. You agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use via the Community page.
Some features are freely available. Others are reserved for Premium subscribers. Feature inclusions, pricing, and terms are presented at subscription on the Premium page.
On the web, payments are processed via Stripe, a specialized payment provider. In the native iOS and Android apps, subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases (subscription management by RevenueCat) and are subject to those platforms' terms, including for cancellation and refunds.
Auto-renewing subscriptions are renewed automatically at the renewal date unless canceled before. Unless otherwise required by law, amounts paid are non-refundable for periods already commenced.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers in principle have a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period from the date of subscribing to a distance contract.
By subscribing to Premium, you expressly request immediate access to the service before the expiry of this period. You acknowledge that, as digital content and services are provided immediately and in full upon subscription, your right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once this access is activated (Articles L221-25 and L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If you exercise your right of withdrawal before full activation of access, an amount proportional to the service already provided may be retained.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled directly by those platforms under their own terms.
TenerifePulse reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, enhance, replace, or remove any part of the service, features, or offers at any time without necessarily providing compensation.
The service is provided "as is" and as available. TenerifePulse does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may result from maintenance, updates, technical incidents, third-party dependencies, or force majeure.
Content in TenerifePulse is primarily informational, editorial, and practical. Information regarding hours, prices, events, weather, recommendations, or establishments may evolve rapidly and sometimes depends on third-party sources. It is your responsibility to verify essential information before any decision, reservation, travel, or purchase.
The service includes an AI Guide based on an automated artificial intelligence system. Generated responses are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute personalized human advice, professional recommendations, or result guarantees.
You are solely responsible for how you use generated responses and agree not to rely exclusively on them for sensitive, critical, medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
Restaurant, location, or activity recommendations from the AI Guide are automated suggestions marked with 🤖 AI Advice, subject to change and should be verified before use.
You may submit reports, suggestions, or messages. By submitting such content, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and that they do not infringe third-party rights. You authorize TenerifePulse to use them royalty-free for service exploitation or improvement.
It is strictly prohibited to use TenerifePulse to:
TenerifePulse may suspend or terminate a user's access for Terms violation, suspected fraud, abusive use, or payment failure. You may cease service use anytime and request account deletion per the Privacy Policy conditions.
The service and all its content, features, visual elements, code, and editorial selections are protected by intellectual property law. No ownership rights or implicit license are granted beyond strictly personal, non-transferable use.
To the extent permitted by law, TenerifePulse is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunity, lost data, or lost business from service use or unavailability.
TenerifePulse is not liable for decisions made based on service content or suggestions, nor for changes in access conditions or availability of third-party locations or services.
Visiting the natural sites featured in the service (beaches, natural pools, trails, coastal or mountain areas) and swimming are done at your own risk. Swim only where access is open and officially authorised, and always comply with official signage, flags, closures, and instructions from local authorities and rescue services, which prevail at all times over any information displayed in the service. Weather and sea-condition indications are estimates based on third-party sources: they are neither a guarantee of actual conditions nor an authorisation to swim. TenerifePulse is not liable for accidents occurring at natural sites, whether supervised or not.
Personal data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the service agreement.
If any Terms provision is found invalid or unenforceable, other provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms are governed by French and European law, subject to applicable consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction. In case of dispute, parties shall attempt amicable resolution before litigation.
