On 22 January, a public holiday in Los Realejos, the municipality celebrates San Vicente Mártir, its co-patron saint. In previous years, a civic and religious procession carried the municipal banner from the Concepción church to the plaza de San Vicente, in memory of the vow made in 1609 to give thanks for the end of an epidemic. The 2027 programme has not yet been published.
