Fiestas Patronales de Adeje
Religious festival: a procession or celebration in honour of a saint or a virgin.
Adeje's patron saint festivities honour the Virgen de la Encarnación and Santa Úrsula. The high point is Sunday 11 October: solemn mass at 19:00 on Plaza de España, offerings from the neighbourhoods and a procession, then a concert and an open-air dance. On the 12th there is the Santa Úrsula procession with fireworks. The festivities end on the 18th with the romería along Calle Grande. Most events are free and take place in the historic centre, around Plaza de España and Calle Grande.
